Government, Airport, and Carrier Imposed Taxes and Fees:
Vary depending on your route, destinations and exchange rates at the time of ticketing.

Minimum/Maximum trip duration:
Minimum trip duration is 10 days from first stopover. Maximum trip duration 365 days. Air Tahiti Nui flights area available for booking up to 331 days in advance of travel date.

Stopovers:
Minimum of 3 stopovers are required. A maximum of 15 stopovers are permitted. No more than 2 stopovers are permitted at the same city. Stopovers are not allowed at the city of origin.

Transits:
A maximum of 2 transits permitted at the same city (subject to maximum sector limit above) Exception: Four transfers are permitted at Kuala Lumpur and Amsterdam. Transits are included in the total mileage calculation for the ticket. Four transfers are permitted in the USA if travel originates in the USA.

Surface Sectors:
Permitted. Each surface sector counts as one stop and is included in the total mileage and stopover calculation for the ticket.

Basic Routing:
Travel must be "round the world" and must include one Transatlantic and one Transpacific crossing. Only one flight is permitted between Europe and Middle East/Africa or vice versa. Backtracking is permitted within the same IATA Area, but not between IATA Areas. Backtracking can significantly increase mileage.
IATA Area #1: North and South America.
IATA Area #2: Europe, Africa and Middle East.
IATA Area #3: Asia, Australia and Pacific Islands.

Class Upgrades:
Allowed on only one flight segment per itinerary:
Coach to Business: USD700
Business to First: USD1000 - available only on EK, MH, SA & TN...book "A" Class.
Coach to First: USD1700 - available only on EK, MH, SA & TN...book "A" Class.
Appropriate seat inventories must be used and change fees apply to upgrades requested after initial ticketing.

Surcharges:
A surcharge of USD100 for Coach Class and USD300 for Business Class for travel on any of the following Emirates flight numbers: 201/202/203/204/205/206/211/212/241/242/261/262/406/407/412/413.
Some carriers may also impose surcharges for fuel, insurance and passengers processing.

Changes:
Before Departure:The first international flight(s) cannot be changed. Other flights can be changed for a fee of USD150 per change as long as the mileage restrictions and fare rules are observed. After Departure: A fee of USD150 per change, provided the mileage restrictions and fare rules are observed.

Child fares:
75% of adult fare for children 2 - 11 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges and taxes).

Infant fares:
10% of adult fare for infants under 2 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges).

Cancellation:
Before departure: Permitted - A fee of USD150 applies for cancellation/no show/refund.
After departure: Permitted – refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey traveled.
All refunds must be processed by the original issuing airline office or travel agency.
